02/13/18 - Land Outfall Replacement Overview Video

The project team successfully completed the horizontal directional drill "pullback," a critical project milestone, on January 26, 2018. This video highlights this technically challenging construction method that allows the pipeline to be pulled underground from the SEWRF to Cardiff State Beach with minimal impacts to the environment.
